Matchmaking plus included workshops, guidance, and confidence-building

The Essentials Program offers additional structure and support for members who benefit from learning and practicing relationship skills alongside matchmaking.

In addition to introductions, members participate in twice-monthly live virtual workshops focused on communication, boundaries, online safety, and healthy relationships. These workshops take place via Zoom on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month at 5 PM PT | 6 PM MT | 7 PM CT | 8 PM ET. Topics rotate and are revisited throughout the year. Caregivers receive short summary emails after each session to stay informed and aligned.
