Matchmaking plus guidance, skills, and confidence-building

The Essentials Program offers additional structure and support for members who benefit from learning and practicing relationship skills alongside matchmaking.

In addition to introductions, members participate in twice-monthly live virtual workshops focused on communication, boundaries, online safety, and healthy relationships. Topics rotate and are revisited throughout the year. Caregivers receive short summary emails after each session to stay informed and aligned.
