Mary Kemp Murray

Mary Kemp Murray is a strategic communications leader with 30+ years of experience developing growth-oriented brand strategies for established global enterprises, startups and nonprofits. She co-founded and led/CEO for 24 years Ideas That Kick (Kick), a Minneapolis-based strategic creative and branding agency. She is currently on several company advisory boards helping to elevate and grow their brands and business strategies. 

Mary served as Chair of the True Friends Foundation Board of Directors. True Friends is an organization providing life-changing experiences that enhance independence and self-esteem for children and adults with disabilities through camps, respite care, retreats, therapy + adaptive horseback riding, and travel — over 25,000 individuals are served annually.  She has also been a community impact leader as a MN 4-H Board Trustee (U of M), member of the MN State Fair Foundation/MN 4-H Capital Campaign and on Canine Inspired Change development committee. 

Beth Mayotte

Beth Mayotte is the owner of ErgoWorks, a Minnesota company specializing in injury prevention and ergonomics. The mission of ErgoWorks is to help companies keep their employees safe at work by reducing musculoskeletal injury risk.

Beth is an occupational therapist and certified in ergonomics. Her expertise and passion helps Minnesota-based employers and employees create a culture of proactive injury prevention.

Kevin Gyolai
