Last Updated: June 20, 2026

Version: FLS-PP-2026-06-20

1. Scope

This Policy explains how Find Love Safely, LLC collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information through websites, forms, matchmaking, friendship matching, events, workshops, coaching, Compass, ScamCheck, communications, and related Services.

2. Contact

Find Love Safely, LLC, 20170 Oxboro Ln. N., Marine on St. Croix, MN 55047. Email: info@findlovesafely.com.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect names, contact details, addresses, dates of birth, ages, photographs, city, friendship or relationship goals, interests, living situation, communication and caregiver preferences, support and accommodation information, legal-authority information, billing details, membership selections, attendance, coaching scheduling information, communications, safety reports, feedback, electronic signatures, agreement records, and account credentials.

For matching, we collect information used to create profiles and evaluate introductions. For Compass and ScamCheck, we process text, screenshots, images, links, or other submitted content.

We may collect technical information such as IP address, device and browser information, log data, cookies, account activity, timestamps, referral data, and security events. Stripe generally processes full payment-card information rather than Find Love Safely.

4. Sensitive Information

Information about disability, support needs, living situation, relationships, legal authority, and safety concerns may be sensitive. Provide only what is reasonably necessary.

Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, bank credentials, intimate images, child sexual-abuse material, or unnecessary medical records.

5. Sources

We collect information directly from Members, Purchasers, Caregivers, Support Persons, Authorized Representatives, website and form submissions, account activity, workshops, events, coaching, communications, and reports.

We may receive information from Stripe, GoHighLevel, offenders.io, video and email providers, public records, approved contacts, prospective matches, and other vendors or participants.

6. Uses

We use information to provide Services; process enrollment and payment; create profiles; identify and share proposed matches; facilitate direct contact; communicate with approved people; provide workshops, coaching, Compass, and ScamCheck; save Compass history; document electronic acceptance; send confirmations and renewal notices; respond to concerns; screen matchmaking Members; improve accessibility and operations; prevent fraud; protect users and our rights; comply with law; and maintain records.

7. Matchmaking Sharing

A proposed-match profile may contain a photograph, first name, age, city, connection goal, general living situation, short description, and designated contact information.

We share this information with prospective matches to facilitate introductions. Recipients are required to use it only for that purpose, but we cannot guarantee compliance by another person.

8. Caregiver and Support-Person Sharing

With permission or legal authority, we may share proposed matches, contact information, general workshop summaries, attendance, conduct concerns, billing information, and safety information with designated people.

A Member may ask us to change or stop sharing. We ordinarily defer to the Member’s current preference unless documented authority, contractual necessity, law, or serious concern requires otherwise.

9. Screening

We currently use offenders.io to screen matchmaking Members at enrollment and may use public sex-offender sources. We do not currently screen workshop-only participants, ordinary guests, Purchasers, or Caregivers unless stated.

Screening data may be incomplete or inaccurate and is used as one factor in eligibility and risk decisions.

10. Compass, ScamCheck, and AI

ScamCheck may use automated and AI systems to analyze submitted content.

Free ScamCheck submissions and results are not saved by Find Love Safely as account history. Vendors and systems may still generate limited technical, security, or operational logs.

Within Compass, ScamCheck submissions and results may be stored in account history. Compass may also save learning activity, preferences, and account information.

AI outputs may be inaccurate. We use submitted information to provide the requested analysis, operate and secure the Service, and improve the experience as described here and in vendor agreements. We do not knowingly use identifiable private content for public marketing without permission.

11. Recordings and Images

Workshops may be recorded after notice and recordings may be available through Compass. We will obtain consent required by law and use reasonable steps to exclude or edit participants who have not provided required permission.

Coaching is not routinely recorded. Event photography follows advance notice, opt-out procedures, and separate releases for prominent promotional features.

12. Electronic-Acceptance Records

We retain records showing agreement and Privacy Policy versions, state notices, plan, price, renewal terms, checkbox responses, typed signature, date, timestamp, contact information, and technical data reasonably available through our systems.

We use these records to document consent, administer accounts, comply with law, and resolve disputes.

13. Payments

Stripe processes payments and may collect payment-card, bank, billing, device, and transaction information under its privacy policy. We receive transaction status, subscription, customer, billing, and limited payment information needed to administer Services.

14. Cookies and Analytics

We and our providers may use necessary cookies, analytics, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate accounts, remember preferences, measure traffic, improve performance, and prevent fraud.

Where required, we will provide cookie controls or obtain consent.

15. How We Share Information

We may share information with employees, contractors, matchmakers, coaches, facilitators, approved Caregivers, Authorized Representatives, prospective matches, Stripe, GoHighLevel, offenders.io, AI and hosting providers, video and communications platforms, professional advisors, insurers, authorities, and others needed to provide Services or comply with law.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless disclosed and permitted by law.

16. Safety and Legal Disclosures

We may disclose information to respond to suspected abuse, exploitation, threats, serious harm, emergencies, legal process, regulatory requests, fraud, rights enforcement, or security incidents.

We may contact support people, emergency services, law enforcement, or adult-protection authorities when reasonably appropriate or legally required.

17. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide Services, maintain records, meet legal and accounting obligations, document consent, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, address safety concerns, and protect users.

Retention varies by data type. We may retain limited archival, backup, legal, fraud-prevention, and safety records after account closure.

18. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

19. Choices and Requests

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information by emailing info@findlovesafely.com. We may verify identity and may deny or limit a request where permitted, including for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping reasons.

Users may update marketing preferences through unsubscribe links. Service, billing, safety, and legal communications may continue while an account or obligation remains active.

20. Deleting Compass Information

A Compass user may request deletion of account history by emailing info@findlovesafely.com. We will delete or de-identify eligible information within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, and safety needs.

The developer should also provide an in-account deletion option when practical.

21. Minors

Compass and ScamCheck are for users age 13 or older. A parent or guardian must authorize use by users age 13 through 17.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Contact info@findlovesafely.com with concerns.

22. International Users

Information may be processed in the United States and other places where providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have different privacy laws.

International users consent to processing necessary to provide the Service, subject to rights that cannot be waived. We may restrict availability where compliance is impractical.

23. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain states may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal data and to appeal certain decisions. Rights vary and may be subject to exceptions.

Submit a request or appeal to info@findlovesafely.com. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

24. Third-Party Links and Services

Third-party services have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for their independent handling of information.

25. Changes

We may update this Policy prospectively. We will revise the date and provide additional notice or consent when required by law or when a change materially affects how information is used.
