Caregiver Involvement

Some members participate independently, while others involve caregivers or support staff more closely. There is no single “right” level of involvement.

Support preferences are discussed during enrollment and the intake call and can be adjusted over time. Our goal is always to balance independence, safety, and clear communication in a way that feels respectful and appropriate for everyone involved.

"The whole thing has been extremely positive. The opportunity for her to have real-life situations where she has to take responsibility and ownership to set up the dates, carry on conversations during the dates, and do the appropriate follow-up. Having that reciprocity of relationship and responsibility has been remarkable. We have seen tremendous growth in her skill sets."
